Yoga Offerings

Private yoga sessions are an excellent option for individuals who prefer one-on-one instruction tailored to their specific needs, goals, and physical abilities. Ideal for those who are new to yoga, have specific health concerns, or prefer a more personalized approach to their practice. In a private session, I’ll work with you to create a customized yoga sequence that is appropriate. Private sessions can also be scheduled for small groups, such as families or friends who want to practice together.
